Over the years the Organization has been Responsible for Managing over 4,000,000 square feet of Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial Properties. Sea Property Management has Supervised the Development of New Units and the Coordination of all Property Management Functions. In addition, Sea Property Management has been Directly Involved in the Transformation of Urban Historical Commercial Buildings into Residential Buildings (including, the Samuel Fox Building Lofts on Broadway and Sixth Ave. in downtown San Diego) and the Lease Start-Up and Continued Management of those types of Properties.
Originally, the Company was formed to Manage its own Portfolio and since its inception has acquired many Outside Third Party Fee Accounts as well as Lease Administration Contracts for U.S. Government Facilities. The Principal brings thirty (30) years of Experience in the Development, Construction and Management of Major Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial Properties.
Sea Property Management’s Current Portfolio consists of Eight Hundred Fifty Residential Units and over a Million and a Half Square Feet of Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Office Properties, and twoMini-Warehouse Properties as well as a 110,000 sq foot Indoor RV, Boat and Auto Storage Facility (Big Toy Depot®) —contained in 53 separate properties located in San Diego County, Los Angeles, and Northern California, Arizona, and Nevada.
The Administrative Offices in San Diego consist of a Staff of nine. Our various outside properties employ on-site staffs where necessary. The Company is Fully Computerized using the the latest technology, including the Timberline Property Management System as our fundamental integrated software solution program which allows us to seamlessly network with our outside Properties and their On-Site Personnel and Staff.
