The main office in San Diego consists of a staff of six. The various outside properties employ an additional 38 staff positions. The Company is fully computerized using the Timberline software program.

Sea Property Management Company services include property management, commercial brokerage, and leasing. In the past, Sea Property Management has supervised the development of new units and the coordination of all property management functions for the above-described portfolio of properties. In addition, Sea Property Management has been directly involved in the transformation of urban commercial buildings into residential buildings (including, most recently, the Samuel Fox Building Lofts on Broadway and Sixth Ave. in downtown San Diego) and the lease start-up and continued management of those types of properties
