Eddie has been involved in real estate management since 1980. He is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the San Diego County Apartment Association (where he is the immediate past president for 2002 and a member of the Board of Directors), the National Apartment Association and the Self-Storage Association. In addition to designation as a Certified Property Manager, Eddie has achieved the Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). | |||

Eddie has also served on the Executive Board for the San Diego Chapter of
IREM,
and has served as their Vice President of Public Relations. Additionally, in
2000, Eddie received the CPM of the Year award.
As President and Owner of SEA Property Management Company, AMO� and Cal-West Real Estate, Eddie�s responsibilities include property management, commercial brokerage, and leasing. SEA Property Management Company�s portfolio consists of 850 residential units, 500,000 square feet of commercial, retail and office properties, three mini-warehouse properties and over 1 million square feet of industrial warehouse parks, all total 53 separate properties located in San Diego County, Northern California, Arizona and Nevada. SEA Property Management Co. is an Accredited Management Organization. This IREM designation is given to only 3% of the management companies in the nation. Eddie is a native San Diegan graduating from Point Loma High School and then earning an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon where he lettered in varsity track. He is married and blessed with two beautiful children. |
